Location was great room could of been better

Staff members we interacted with were all awesome! Extremely helpful, understanding folks who were willing to work with us about a room upgrade snafu that was totally MY fault. Check-in/out was beyond simple. Rooms were very clean, with the exception of one tiny 'baby' roach found dead under the A/C unit of our first room, but at least that says pest control is done. Better to be seen dead than alive😌 My one complaint is probably the Wi-Fi. It's free for the 1st device (at light browsing speeds), but if you need anything speedier, expect to pay for it. We had a total of 4 devices and ended up coming out of pocket for the unlimited package to accommodate simultaneous HD streaming and mobile gaming. At one point, had to call Wi-Fi tech support and they answered at 1:30a local time, fixed the issue, and even made good on the courtesy follow-up call. Well done! Didn't get around to using the laundry facilities, so can't speak to that amenity, but we were so impressed with our stay, we'll definitely be returning.

roaches in room, manager Faith said she would issue refund but have to go through ******* to do so, there's no way to8 get a refund through ******* after the stay on their site.

The room was nice & clean but as usual the people are what makes the experience. They have always been polite, knowledgeable & professional. I’ll be back. Soon.

Chair surface very worn, found ***** in seat cushion. Roach in bathroom. Very low water pressure in shower.

Front desk person was great but our room had to be changed. Horrible cigarette smell and chair broken.

The TV was not working and we had a queen double with not enough wash rags. Bed was comfortable. I like that it did have a refrigerator, hot plate to cook and microwave.

Worse experience ever!!!!, I had booked 3 rooms for my family arriving from nyc for NEW YEAR. Our flight got delay serval times due to a snow storm in nyc , I had called the hotel & explain the situation to make sure our if our late arrival wouldn’t cause any inconvenience, also to see if we can add an extra day, with whom i had spoken to told me & assure me everything will be fine for our check-in and the extra night was added. Traveling from the mco airport to Davenport FL was almost a 2 hour ride, with our family, small kids and pet. As we arrived to the hotel the front desk tells me our reservation I had booked one week before our trip also (communicated to the hotel our flight delay)was cancelled as a NO SHOW… no emails were sent to me as NO SHOW OR Reservation Cancellation. This hotel is trash & fu*ked up they didn’t give a damn we had small kids & our pets in hand. They didn’t care I was just told nothing couldn’t be done b/c the hotel was out of rooms. they also mention no one noted our flight delay I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Our family was left out in the cold due to the cold front Fl was experiencing that day, save your money go to another place with better communication more professional environment.

They charged for everything and my microwave didn't work if you wanted dish wear, you had to pay $35, they only do housekeeping every 14 days. And if you want your towers changed, you have to go-between 3 and 6, if you want toilet paper, you have to go to the front desk. And I had roaches crawling in my bed. I will never stay here again. And someone came in my room and stole my phone.
