Daxin Detian Country Inn

The room was clean and there's an elevator. For a self-driving trip, this place offers amazing value for money. Showing the booking confirmation allowed us to drive directly onto the road, saving us a bus ticket. It's about 10km away. Walking about ten minutes from the hotel to the scenic spot entrance wasn't an issue at all, and dining options were also quite convenient.

The room was clean and spacious. There's an elevator for floors above the third, and a restaurant owned by the hotel downstairs. Parking is convenient, and it's not far from the Detian Waterfall entrance.

All the deluxe rooms are on the 6th floor, including two deluxe king rooms and three deluxe twin rooms. One king and one twin room are corner units, which means they have two large windows (as pictured), while the others have one large window. Because it's high up, the natural light and views are really impressive. The price of 150 yuan is also reasonable (a place not far away, 61, costs over 500 yuan). Plus, there's free parking right outside the B&B. The only downside is that the walk to the waterfall involves a hilly climb, which can be a bit tiring.

The hotel's hygiene is acceptable, but the service is pretty average. To be fair, the parking lot is tiny and not great, but it's convenient, about a 10-minute walk, which is fine.

This guesthouse has many rooms and even an elevator. We parked our car here and walked to Detian Waterfall, saving us 30 yuan in parking fees.

The value for money is decent, and it's quite close to the waterfall, within walking distance. You can park directly downstairs. However, it's really noisy in the mountains. In summer, cicadas and birds start chirping early in the morning, so I didn't get a good rest. It would be even better if the rooms had improved soundproofing!

Pretty good, and affordable. I'd suggest addressing the AC odor, which I think is coming from the unit itself. Overall, I recommend it.

The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The landlady was incredibly kind; she promptly resolved any issues we had. Even when my shoe sole came off and I asked for some super glue, she immediately had her husband buy a tube for me and didn't even charge me. The service at this hotel truly makes it worth staying.
