Tiangong Heyuan Hotel, Huashuiwan, Chengdu

This onsen hotel offers an exceptionally good experience. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the entire place is clean and tidy. The onsen pools have clean water at just the right temperature, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and at ease after a soak. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff are also friendly and enthusiastic. It's very convenient for dining, accommodation, and activities, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

This is a new hotel that just opened in 2024, and its design is very unique and distinctive. The room features voice-activated smart controls, which is quite convenient. I booked a king-sized bed, but the mattress was smaller than the bed frame, and the protruding frame (pictured) bruised my calf. There's no bar soap provided in the room; you have to use hand soap to wash your face, which is a bit strange. It was off-peak season when I visited, so there weren't many guests, and as a result, the restaurant didn't offer a buffet, only individually plated meals. However, the front desk service was very enthusiastic.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there's a campsite nearby, making it a comfortable place to relax. It's perfect for a short family trip. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, and there are even charging stations. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Staying in the Yuan Qiao Deluxe Family Private Hot Spring Suite at the Tiangong Heyuan Hotel in Dayi was an absolutely fantastic experience! The room comes with one large bed and a sofa bed, offering plenty of space for families. The entire room features smart voice control (just say "Hello Xiaowei") to adjust lights and curtains, and the smart toilet is incredibly convenient. The bathroom boasts a modern, minimalist grey design with large tiled walls and floors, complemented by black fixtures, and the shower includes a niche, giving it a premium feel. The private hot spring tub in the room was the most delightful surprise, with its silky smooth thermal water. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop hot spring and steam room. The bedding is soft, breakfast is plentiful, and complimentary fruit and a minibar are provided. Full marks – highly recommend!

A perfect experience! The service was attentive, the environment was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The toiletries were all premium brands, which was a nice touch. Outstanding value for money, definitely a five-star rating!

Not bad at all. Parking is convenient with an underground garage, and the hotel itself is quiet. They have outdoor hot springs and a sauna room. It was super relaxing after a day on the snowy mountains.

Facilities: The entire house is smart, and the amenities provided are excellent. Cleanliness: The house is new, towels are clean, and there are no hidden corners. Environment: The architectural style is modern, simple, and grand. Service: Very attentive, with staff guiding us throughout. They also provided fruit and dessert soup after dinner.
