The environment is great, with lots of activities. The kids had a fantastic time, and the service was excellent. We'll definitely come back again.

Facilities: For a hotel that's been around for 30 years, the facilities are remarkably well-maintained, truly living up to its reputation as a five-star establishment. Cleanliness: I couldn't find any faults with the cleanliness. The room offered a variety of disposable, for-purchase toiletries, allowing guests to choose according to their personal needs. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by dining options. To the left, there are 3-4 BBQ restaurants (open until 1 AM), and across the street, you'll find teppanyaki, hot pot, and Korean BBQ. The hotel itself also offers dining choices. Service: I absolutely must give this hotel a huge thumbs-up for its service! I'm especially grateful for the heartwarming service I experienced during my stay. Originally, my friend and I each booked a room. Thanks to the front desk staff's thoughtful and proactive call, they informed us that we had accidentally booked an extra room and advised us to cancel it promptly to avoid unnecessary charges. This attentive gesture, showing genuine care for guests and helping them avoid losses, was incredibly reassuring. It's truly in the details that quality shines through! The hotel environment is fantastic, the room decor is exquisite, and the private hot spring experience was also wonderful. Both cleanliness and service were impeccable. The biggest surprise was this attitude of treating guests like friends, not just for profit. Not only was the stay comfortable, but I also felt respected. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance and will recommend it to friends!

Not bad overall. The hotel facilities look a bit dated, but the hot spring is quite good. It's a sulfur hot spring, but the sulfur smell isn't too strong, and the water temperature was just right. There weren't many people before the holiday, so the experience was really good.

We originally booked a deluxe balcony room. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the front desk saw we had a child and kindly upgraded us to a family-themed room for free. To my daughter's delight, it was a Super Wings theme! The room was filled with Super Wings elements, including a tent, books, a dinosaur-themed children's stool, and a play table. My child absolutely loved it. The bathroom even had a child-sized toilet, a children's toiletries set, a stool, Super Wings mouthwash cups, towels, and a non-slip mat. Basically, everything a child might need was provided. The facilities are excellent, and the hotel's attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.泡

Facilities: It's an older hotel, so it has all the basics. No USB sockets or smart bathroom fixtures, but the hot water is excellent and plentiful, and the air conditioning works really well. Environment: It's located right on the main street, which is convenient for finding places to eat. The downside is that it gets noisy at night with fireworks and firecrackers, and the air quality throughout the town isn't great. The hot springs are fantastic! There are four true sulfur pools, plus a few other themed ones. The hot springs are also very close to the hotel, so as long as you don't dally, there's little risk of catching a cold. Service was great; I dropped my charging brick, and the front desk staff contacted me in the afternoon to help me retrieve it.

Excellent! They even upgraded our room for free. Not all of the hot springs were open though, and there were set times for the ones that were. For example, the glass walkway was only accessible on Fridays.

I've stayed here many times, but this time the hygiene was really poor. There were long hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom.

I brought my kids to soak in the hot springs, and there were so many types of springs suitable for children, like ones with an 'underwater world' effect and bubble pools. The kids had a fantastic time! The service was also excellent; I unexpectedly needed to work and was even able to borrow a hotel computer. The hotel's pricing was very transparent too; they confirmed all charges over the phone before deducting payment. We'll definitely be back next time.

An older hotel with a great location and good hot springs, but the service is just okay.
