Yaoyao Hotel Xiling Snow Mountain

First off, the pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. Secondly, I really appreciate the free room upgrade. However, both rooms we were shown reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedding and both curtains smelled heavily of smoke. My family of three ended up inhaling second-hand smoke all night, and our throats were very uncomfortable. We initially thought all rooms were like this, but our friends, who stayed in a different room (we were in 410), said their room had no smoke smell. Finally, breakfast at the restaurant was very expensive, but dinner was decent.

This hotel is easy to find, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Parking is convenient, and the room was nice and warm. I'd definitely recommend it! The front desk staff were very nice, and the shuttle driver was also great and very patient. Highly recommend!

Great value for money, especially compared to places directly inside the scenic area. It's just a 10-minute walk to the entrance, and there are restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient for dining, lodging, and getting around.

Facilities: The bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas, but the room having underfloor heating was a great bonus! Cleanliness: It was okay. Environment: It wasn't noisy at night, and in the morning, with many people going skiing, everyone woke up early. Service: Good, problems were resolved immediately.
