Dayi Samsara Hotel

Such a comfortable and pleasant stay during my trip! The room was cozy and elegant, spotlessly clean, and the service was warm and attentive. It felt so relaxing and secure. A perfect stay experience, highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained. The kids' club and pool are perfect for families, and my child had a great time there. The front desk and room service were excellent, always responding promptly to our requests. However, the dining staff left much to be desired; they seemed indifferent and were constantly chatting at the cashier counter. We had to go out and find them repeatedly for anything we needed. That's why I can't give a 5-star rating for service, as it was let down by the dining department.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's swimming pool was clean and impressive; you could access it with your room card. The children's playground on the first floor was also excellent, and the breakfast was quite rich. Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose the Saint Sophia Hotel again next time I'm in Dayi.

Quite disappointed. The facilities were a mix of old and new, and there was mold around the edges of the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. I understand that for guest safety, deliveries aren't allowed upstairs at night, but there were no staff or robots to help bring them up, meaning I had to go down to the lobby myself to pick them up. That's pretty unusual. Even a standard chain hotel would usually have someone help with deliveries.

Highly recommend this hotel, their service attitude is simply top-notch! Whenever friends visit Dayi, I always arrange for them to stay here. A few days ago, I forgot some clothes when checking out, and the hotel staff were incredibly patient in helping me search for them. They eventually found them, which shows how dedicated they are. The staff had a terrible attitude! They were extremely rude! We booked three rooms and checked out all three key cards early, but the deposit still hasn't been refunded.

Great for families with kids! There's a huge kids' play area on the first floor, and our room even had a tent, which the little ones absolutely loved.

This is a great hotel! You can enjoy water activities, and there's a huge soft play area, which my little one absolutely loved. The front desk staff were also excellent; they tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Housekeeping was very responsive too. The only downside was that it was a bit inconvenient to pick up food deliveries.

The power was out for over an hour in the morning, and the elevator had no backup power, forcing people to walk down from the tenth floor or higher. Half a day later, the repairman still hadn't arrived. This is absolutely terrible; I will never stay here again!
