Seekingmountain Huajianyi Hostel

Totally bad experience I had here. We are a family of four with a kid and a toddler. Initial plan was to stay for 3 nights but we left after one night. I will keep it short as below. 1. Room amenities showing on Trip.com has air conditioning + heating + underfloor heating. But actual room has only air conditioning which is not warm enough for our stay in January winter. 2. Bathtub and basin has only cold water. My hands are numbed after only few seconds of brushing my teeth. And that means no bathtub can be used as well. 3. Location is within a block of likely 'abandoned' shops. Luckily we managed to order foods through ******* app, else we go hungry over the night. 4. Water dispenser. We wanted to dispense water for our toddler baby bottle, and shockingly an insect was dispensed along with the water. And we had to thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the bottle. 5. We have to lift the luggage ourself up to third floor, at least with a help of the cleaner. I have never lifted my luggage in any of my stay throughout one month of my stay in China. 6. And this is the worst part that made me left abruptly. When we firstly enter the room, windows were open with the insect mesh widely open. Unfortunately I was stung by wasp (likely) in the room and caused rashes on my whole body. With the hotel in the middle of mountain, it should be management responsibility to keep windows shut or have the insect mesh shut down. As the symptoms are getting serious and getting dizzy, I was taken by hotel staff to hospital. Thanks to prompt action by medical staffs, I recovered the next day and we left the hotel prematurely. I wouldn't think the consequence if my kid or toddler was stung by wasp instead. It is the responsibility of any hotelier to ensure their customer safety aside from comfort stay. This management has failed terribly and I hope that the management will commit that any life-threatening or safety issue won't happen again in future.
