It was a far cry from the 4.5 I expected, a completely unexpected and shocking experience. The signage and layout were chaotic; the room was moldy; the central air conditioning was broken, and the wall-mounted unit kept me waking up in the middle of the night from the cold, forcing me to turn it off only to have it get hot again; breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was just set meals. However, the staff were attentive throughout, but the facilities really... weren't worth the price. Think carefully.

It was a little late when we arrived that day and it was still raining. The hotel had a shuttle bus to pick us up. The hotel looked different at night and during the day.
