The hotel environment is lovely, lush and green. The amenities are also well-developed, and it's very close to the ancient town. The garden room was very quiet, perfect for enjoying the full moon at night, which put me in a great mood. The guest rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection met my expectations. A special shout-out to the front desk team for their warm and responsive service. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel is directly opposite the Anren Ancient Town Bell Tower, making its location excellent. It's easy to walk to the Mansion Old Street, and the 'ding-ding' tram from the town square goes directly to Liu's Manor, so getting around is very convenient. The hotel's garden is lovely and well-maintained, featuring a 'naughty fort' (indoor play area), outdoor facilities, a swimming pool, and a small farm where you can feed sheep and rabbits. Kids absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious, though some of the facilities are a bit dated. The staff are all very friendly, providing attentive and warm service. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. This hotel is highly recommended for families traveling with children and seniors.

The kids absolutely loved the toys in the family room. There are outdoor playground facilities and an indoor swimming pool. You can also rent parent-child bicycles right outside the hotel lobby. It's very convenient to walk to the ancient town, and dining options are easily accessible too.

The room was clean, and the surroundings were beautiful. We even saw little squirrels! Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was good.

There were birds chirping on the trees right outside the balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. The door to my balcony could not be locked. Rang reception. Receptionist immediately came to have a look. Within 10 minutes, the engineer came to repair. Thank you. The guards at the gates were helpful in providing directions. Easy to take Didi to Chengdu. Around RMB 140. It was a comfortable pleasant stay.

The pool water was pleasantly warm, and its proximity to the scenic area was a huge plus! Plus, booking through Ctrip offered excellent value for money!

However, the rooms don't have bathtubs. While Trip.com lists this hotel as '5-star luxury,' online information indicates it's officially rated as a 4-star hotel, which is something to be aware of.

Pros: 1. The breakfast was the highlight. The freshly made peanut and oat milk, and the purple yam and taro congee, were perfectly thick and delicious. The vegetable salad was also very fresh and clean. 2. The indoor kids' play area was a hit with the children. 3. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, two balconies, and a walk-in closet right by the entrance. 4. The service was great; both the front desk and housekeeping were very good. Cons: 1. The room cleanliness was just okay. The extra duvet cover had stains. Also, the lobby's air freshener scent was too strong and unpleasant.

The hotel environment is incredibly quiet! It's right opposite Anren Ancient Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The blood curd and hyssop carp dishes in the ancient town are absolutely amazing! And the coffee here is also really good!

Whenever I can't decide where to go, I think of spending a night in Anren. I've lost count of how many times I've been here; I just inexplicably love this place. The heating in the room was very comfortable. However, the restaurant didn't have the air conditioning on, which was a shame for the lady standing at the door. The corridor was also quite cold. I hope they can improve the food warmer, otherwise, the dishes get cold too quickly.
