Scandina Resort Hotel

The room was quite spacious and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, the bathroom window couldn't be opened, so the ventilation was a bit poor. There was a strong woody smell in the room, which might bother those with sensitive noses. Overall, the environment was very good and quiet. We're heading to the mountain top tomorrow.

The facilities are amazing! And it's super close to the ski slopes and cable cars, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This place is absolutely not worth the price. The moment I walked into the room, I saw the floor was dirty and black, clearly not cleaned, with fruit pits still on it. There was dust and grime everywhere. The room reeked of sewage, making it impossible to sleep! In winter, there was no heating, and the bed and blankets smelled of sweat, as if they had been used by someone else! The so-called breakfast was practically nonexistent, with limited variety and poor quality. The coffee machine was broken, and the staff were indifferent. I paid international first-class hotel prices, only to receive the service level of a rural motel – some rural motels are even better than this. This is clearly a tourist trap, with ridiculously high prices. I really don't understand why I paid for such service!

I wanted to take my child skiing and was looking for a hotel near Yingxue Plaza. This one was probably the most expensive, but I despise waiting in lines. Since this hotel offered a ski lift VIP pass to skip the queues, I booked it despite the high price. Because I was with my child, they even upgraded me for free to a room worth over 3000 yuan, even though there wasn't an extra bed. On the way down the mountain, I felt it was absolutely worth it!

Highly recommend the Scandic Hotel! The service is warm and thoughtful, and every staff member is friendly and patient. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and all my requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was quiet, and I felt incredibly safe and relaxed during my stay. Full marks!

Fantastic! The hotel service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was wonderfully warm – I could take off my coat as soon as I walked in! We didn't have to queue to enter or exit the scenic area, and the hotel even offered a dedicated luggage service, so we didn't have to carry our bags ourselves. A special shout-out to the handsome guy at the front desk! I left my camera in the parking lot, and he immediately helped coordinate for me to go back down the mountain to retrieve it. So appreciative! We'll definitely be back next year!

The hotel offers VIP service. There weren't many people when I visited, but if it were crowded, the VIP service would be incredibly valuable. There's no queue for the cable car, and once you're on the mountain, there's a dedicated shuttle. The room rate also includes admission tickets, which is great. You can go skiing right outside the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. However, the weather wasn't cold enough, so with a bit of melting snow, the room felt a bit damp. The hotel's own restaurant is currently under renovation, so I had to go to the restaurant at the neighboring hotel for breakfast. The food was just okay, and I hope the hotel's restaurant reopens soon.

The location and service are both excellent, making it very convenient when traveling with kids. The scenery is beautiful, and it was lovely that it snowed during our stay. When our clothes got wet, they were very kind and helped us dry them. It would be even better if there was a restaurant, as that would make things more convenient. The hygiene and environment are also very good. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
