Some staff members were diligent, while others were perfunctory. I was reminded that the nightclub's activities were limited (for example, the water slide wasn't open). The photos of the Sisi scene inside were beautiful, but the experience wasn't as good as advertised. The management of the scenic area and the hotel also needs to improve hygiene and order. I hope for improvement: For example, a typical three-star hotel usually has a lobby lounge area. However, this hotel's lobby is so spacious, but there are no sofas for guests waiting to check in or check out. (The only corner with sofas is a paid area, although at only 10 yuan, it's not expensive. The key point is that this immediately devalues the hotel's service and facilities!)

The suite was terrible. The bathroom layout was inefficient; if someone was showering, the bathroom was unusable. The front desk only gave us four meal vouchers, and breakfast was closed at 8:30 AM. The reason given was that they had a wedding banquet at noon, so breakfast had to end early to avoid staff shortages – a clear case of inconvenience for guests. The area from the hotel lobby to the elevators was flooded, and our child twisted their ankle. Furthermore, even several hours after check-out, they called back insisting they hadn't returned a room key. I demanded they check the security footage themselves. And the Dead Sea was awful – a tiny, barely passable water park. The indoor wave pool's sound system was deafening. When we complained to staff, they said it would be over in a few minutes. A disappointing Dead Sea, a disappointing Daying County. Also, I'm from Chongqing; tickets were 49 RMB each on the platform, but the hotel sold them for 50 RMB each. 🤣🤣

During the May Day holiday, there were a lot of people there. We checked in at 2:00 PM and were told our room hadn't been cleaned yet. We sat outside and waited for over an hour before it was finished. Fortunately, the room was spacious enough, so the stay wasn't bad. However, the amenities could use some maintenance. The hotel's biggest advantage is its direct access to the scenic area, allowing us to go there as soon as it opened in the morning, even during the May Day holiday, without having to queue.

The hotel is pretty good. The breakfast in the morning tastes very good. The service attitude of the sisters at the front desk is very good. I also got a Lanjiu card when I checked out. Hahahahaha, I like it. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

The filming location of the Deadly Game Box Monster, it was really nice to check in with my sisters. The overall decoration style is very retro European, very film-like. There is also a promotional poster for the Deadly Game at the door, and the Xiaopoyou exchange area is super attentive. The overall hotel environment is very good, and the breakfast buffet is also very delicious. I will come again next time I come to Suining
