"Such a beautiful place to stay. I loved the location as well. We stayed in the Mayan room. I loved everything about it. The o my thing if I could change it would be little more space in the rooms. We found that we was dancing around each alot and could hardly move to get luggage situated. So that part left me little flustered for lack of space in that aspect. Otherwise I have absolutely no complaints. Was very clean and the bed and pillow was like sleeping on clouds. Loved that very much. Was so very comfy and cozy. Loved how they bring your room service with morning breakfast that was nice. The stay felt romantic and overall we had a great time and I would definitely stay again. Im sure we will be returning for yet another anniversary. We was here celebrating our 25yr anniversary and it was perfect! The staff are accommodating and friendly and the chateau is stunning. I highly recommend to others who are looking for a fun different themed room with a jacuzzi too. Lots of TV channels they offer as well. Thanks for everything!"

"Asked for 1-2 floor, got fourth floor. Pillows and bed horribly uncomfortable in room 440. A beer at their bar was $8.45 for a bottle of Mcelob ultra. The tv remote didn’t work. The gym was super nice great clean equipment. Besides the gym not worth the price"
