Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse

Third time staying here. We love the separate bedroom option at this hotel which is a rare find. We were disappointed the bacon jalepeno popper omelettes were no longer offered at breakfast bar. They were always sooo good and one of the reason we returned. Libby is beautiful, great spot to hangout outside of the room. Gym was great with upgraded equipment. Pool was a bit too cold this time unfortunately and not as clean as we hoped. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful hotel design with spacious rooms and outstanding buffet breakfast. Great for meetings.

Breakfast was great. Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious, but walls were not super insulated as I could hear the neighbor on their phone call in the middle of the night - woke me up. I was also a bit bummed the hotel mgt did not have a drink coupon option if one missed the evening manager reception time by a few minutes. We would have appreciated the cocktail after our 3 hour drive upon arrival. Apparently this is against their policy 😳 the beverage coupon would have made a difference in our experience and review rating.

Clean room. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast staff not so friendly. We enjoyed the happy hour at the bar, hotel was quiet at night.

Very clean place nice service the only thing that I can see a problem is seating outside.

Friendly and prompt service, comfortable beds, and really nice variety of options for breakfast are why I always choose Embassy Suites.

The staff was warm and courteous as always. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast is nice with made-to-order omelettes. Staff was friendly but too eager to close up a few minutes early. Yogurt was expired too.
