Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse/Carrier Circle

Breakfast was excellent and service was good as well. I enjoyed staying here and will stay here when I come to Syracuse next time.

The room was super clean, everything was so kid friendly and the staff were all so incredible. Definitely a great stay!

The first day no body wash. On our last night there, we noticed trash under the sofa, Doritos under the bedskirt, red stuff (don't know and don't care) on our down comforter. Also, the bathroom sink drain had lots of hair in it. I could see sloppiness with one thing but five issues. That's poor or lazy house keeping.

Staff was very friendly breakfast was good rooms and pool was clean. Only thing that was horrible and this wasnt the hotels fault was there was a bunch of obnoxious kids that kept yelling and running down the halls when we were trying to nap

The room was ran down and the pull out couch was disgusting. I was surprised that this Hampton Inn would still be operational. They also charged extra for parking.

We had a problem checking in because ******* hadn't sent over the payment yet, but Jackeline was working at the front desk and was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She was able to resolve a very unpleasant experience and we are very grateful to her.

Excellent staff at the front desk & in dining services: friendly & helpful. Food quality was ok. Fitness center was good but 1 treadmill was not functioning. Overall: very good. Thank you!

Always love coming here home away from home. Colleen is legitimately the greatest best customer service ever.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, area was very clean and comfortable. They provided many food choices. I look forward to staying there again !
