Vert Dead Sea by Afi Hotels

It seems like this is a hotel catering mainly to Israeli families on a all-in basis. It’s in a great spot, close to the Dead Sea, but the rooms are small. The service is friendly, but there’s not much else to say. The dinner buffet and breakfast were both quite good. It’s a 3.5-star hotel in China.

beautiful room, beautiful scenery, breakfast luxurious, staff all very courteous beside lady who began the check in. (Blonde lady with ponytail) .She was very rude and abrupt, made me feel very unwelcoming. The rest of the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not satisfied. We made a reservation for two rooms two people instead of two rooms for people by mistake. We tried to correct it by messaging and calling the hotel immediately, and also went online to make a new reservation. We were told it was ok, and we date online that there was no difference in price. When we arrived at the hotel, they would not honor the price that we were told and charged us a lot extra per person. We were here three years ago and and the food was excellent. This time, it was not so good. We do not recommend staying here.

Room was clean. Staff was polite. You need book Spa in advance. We was not able to book service at Spa at Hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the easy beach access.

Clean room, the staff so nice and friendly the pool inside is new renovated

Breakfast buffet was perfect, many options and staff very friendly; room view to Dead Sea was perfect

The rooms were very clean but the fixtures were old and the toilet did not work well.
