Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip!
When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately.
Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel!
Shlomit also recommended the "wet trail" hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free.
Shlomit also recommended a hike to "Zohar Fortress." What a beautiful and historic place! Also free.
The food was excellent.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The workers were pleasant and polite.
We couldn't ask for more.

The AC in the room did not work. I was begging them for over five hours to come look at it, finally after five hours they agreed to switch 1 of my rooms.
The other room, the AC was also working very very poor

Excellent staff and service especially Shlomit, she was unreal. Always there to help, and address any concerns you may have. Unreal meals throughout the day. Really spoil and entertain guests all day.

The staff was great and very attentive! The food was abundant and delicious. This was a great place with a full board option, all inclusive bar, coffees, drinks, entertainment. Beautiful view from our private balcony. We didn't use the additional spa options, but did use the mineral pool and Jacuzzi.Thoroughly enjoyed!

We enjoyed the food but the rooms are horrible, the place needs major upgrade. Everything is old and falling apart.
