Good take money to stay intel satarday finish

It was a bad experience. We have transferred 3 times from one room to another. The elevators are too slowly The spa is in a bad condition and needs a better maintenance. The meals are so bad and there is a very bad variety.

The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period

very terrible hotel. all my things were missing from the closet (someone stole them). the administration did nothing and did not even apologize. I went home without my things. I do not recommend it. do not choose this spa. dirt, bugs, rudeness

all the bad reviews were wrong. food was good room big and comfortable and pool hreat and happy

The room was clean, but is getting old. Paint was peeling, furniture looked worn, and the mattress was definitely dipping in the middle. The spa was good, but could use some renovations. Not bad overall for the price.

The Royal Dead Sea Hotel reminds me of the film "the Grand Budapest Hotel". What was once chic luxury has faded. We're happy they haven't changed it. From the wood paneled elevators, to the dark carpeting and heavy wood furniture, and the high ceilings (and frescos!) in the immense indoor salt pool and dining rooms, it's a nice change from the cookie cutter modern hotels. Our room was very large with a couch, dressers, porch, shower and bathtub. And actual lamps including reading lamps. The best part were the friendly down to earth people, both employees and guests. Downside? Of course! The porch sliding door didn't slide, we had internet problems that no one came to fix, the dry sauna wasn't working, the drinking water in the spa wasn't cold, the toilet was hard to flush and more. But put that aside and come. The price is very competitive compared to other Dead Sea hotels.

Room was great. Amazing view to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was so good and so much options. Definitely coming back.
