Hotel room was somehow very average, but staff was very nice and breakfast was terrific. A bit of refreshing and upgrade to the room would make it amazing.

Cozy hotel with great service We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Our train was almost two hours late and we arrived at 23:30, but the host waited for us and let us in. Breakfast is highly recommended. The room was cute and clean. Only remark is that the window was very small and faced a wall only a few meters away, something that could have been nice to know in advance. But didn't affect our stay much. Would stay there again!

Convenient location! Very convenient in Deauville! Its not what the pictures show and we weren't able to check-in at 3pm, but the staff were nice. Its 2 star so you're staying in a nice area in an older not upgraded hotel but its a great location and was affordable.

Outstanding small hotel with abundant French charm. Must be able to do steps, but the accommodations are cozy and wonderful. We loved the host—very helpful—his family lives on property. Wonderful breakfast.

Hotel Le Chantilly is an old hotel situated near the racecourse and town centre. Parking at side street was free. A warm welcome on arrival ,would be a struggle if mobility issues as stairs only. Rooms Room was basic but clean. Shower/bath was very difficult as old fashioned sit down bath. Breakfast in the morning was ok not a great deal of choice but enough to see you through the morning.

This is a little gem of French charm. The owner takes great pride in his hotel and is extremely gracious and accommodating (he speaks English also). Our room was spacious with a huge bathtub (rarely do you see in France). The towels and bedding were like those of a 4 star hotel. This is a renovated older building so the stairs are quite narrow. However, the owner kindly navigated my huge suitcase for me which I greatly appreciated. Deauville is charming and Le Chantilly adds to the charm. Highly recommend. Karen W.
