We could not be more disappointed in the hotel. The room is tiny as is the bathroom. We are in one of their nicest rooms. I would had to see a standard room. The front desk staff was professional and nice but it stopped there. The concierge was grumpy and acted like he was doing me a favor. We had a snack and drink in the bar which is a nice spot. Also, the hotel is not on the beach as advertised. We would never stay here again.

The Hotel Barrière Royal Deauville is a real Grandhotel with the perfect service. From check in to check out the hotel you get a perfect, unset service as guest. Quality of food at breakfast of high quality. Restaurant like a large ballroom in warm colours and views towards the beach. Outdoor pool with service and very good beds. Sauna and steam bath small but renewed. Very good concierge service. Thank you especially Mr. Sagot and Sophie, who are always there for the guest. We are clearly prefering the Royal to the Partner Hotel Normandy. Happy Easter 2022!

We stayed in this complex one night, which belonged to Claude Lelouch. The theme of the movie is all-present. We have a couple room in one of the park's flags. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very clean and comfortable. The only bemol was not to enjoy the private cinema room. But the Directorate for excuses has offered us gently the aperitif. Breakfast is a little cheap but very expensive. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. The kitchen is refined and quality. This is the fourth time my husband and I go down to this hotel and sincerely I have absolutely nothing to say about the warm welcome of the receptionists or their professionalism! We have not returned to it since the first confinement and when I read some opinions, I thought the quality of the rooms has deteriorated or the staff has changed but I've been pleasantly surprised by what I found I'll even say that The rooms have been renovated! I recommend again without hesitate, don't trust the bad criticisms!

Simply smart, clean, tasteful and friendly. Our first visit to Deauville and we chose such a great place to stay, for lots of reasons. Good price, pleasant, professional staff. Clean pool and spa area. We had breakfast in our apartment and found local boulangeries etc.. very easily. Ate at local restaurants, also very good.
