The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not ***y varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

Had an excellent stay, house keeping and room service were exceptional. Thanks to sangam, shivani and kanhaiya for the assistance and making my stay comfortable. Food was nice and good options in the bar menu. I especially liked the mirror in the washroom, motivated to get the same for my own place

The hotel Ramada is very nice the ambience of the hotel is really very nice...I visit there with my friends and we enjoyed a lot there the food was really very good the service is also very nice..my stay is comfortable especially the front office staff Shivani and sangam is very helpful ...♥️♥️

Hotel service was very good. I really liked the environment and the staff especially Shivani, Sangam and Navraj👍 were too good🌸 They were very attentive and helped me alot. Their menu is very good and the food is also good in comparison to other hotels in Dehradun.
