It looked liked the Bates Motel with Norman Bates... l felt scared & unsafe... l would not recommend staying here...

White doona had stains on it. Sheets not ironed. Air conditioner stuck on 20 degrees. Glass shelf in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in years. No information in room especially how to access Austar/ cable channels.

Location is good, although traffic is fairly heavy. Unit was well worn & needed at best a good clean, walls included, at worst a new paint job. Bed was comfy, but the blinds were not adequate to block out the light. Bathroom was adequate but there was no bench/basin in it, the kitchenette bench is where you clean your teeth, wash your hands, shave, wash dishes & get food. The lights above the mirror in the kitchenette don't work, so shaving is in semi darkness. I've blood to attest to that. Yes, not everyone uses an electric shaver, esp when it's left at home. I stayed a week. There's a microwave, toaster, jug to boil water but no hotplate/oven. So you'd better be a microwave wizz or have $$ to buy out. The 2 cups are very small. So, not uncomfortable but when I sat in the one armchair upon arrival I got a wet **** & found the chair had been spot cleaned and was soaking. Outside, small table was the bucket of water & cloth & under it an ashtray full of butts. The pool, unusable, covered with debris, the bbq area a mess. Gardens 😦, Online photo. prob 20 yrs ago, Worse though was on day 4 or 5 I was woken by scrapping and machinery and loud voices at about 6am. The unit next door was being renovated, I think. Which lasted 2 days both starting around 6am. Not impressed. No warning from management at all. And my car was covered in dust from building material being cut outside the next door. So, I don't normally give bad ratings but this place is getting it full force.

Facility comfortable enough for an overnight stay in the low priced tariff bracket, clean enough, quiet, location ok, just the property is tired and needs a spruce up.
