Baymont by Wyndham Delaware

Staff was friendly and helpful. The back of the building was in very bad shape and there were a couple people who were hanging out side that looked questionable.

Parking was OK, but there was a lot of construction workers and other people sitting around in the parking lot. As a female didn’t feel real safe, coming back in late at night with all the people sitting outside and on the back of their trucks.

Stayed for three days and toilet paper and towels were not restocked. Had to ask for towels Hot tub has not been working for I believe the front desk said 10years. The pool was freezing. Outside doors did not securely lock. Said key card entry required but they were always open. Breakfast was ok but not restocked on the regular. Oh yeah and our bedsheets had brown stains on them. Probably wouldn’t stay there again unless I was desperate

Staff was great!! The property is old and dated. A lot of noticeable items that need fixed. Our room had cracked tiles and big, un-grouted gaps between floor tiles. We were there for one night and it served our purpose to get some sleep.

The bed was really comfortable! The hot tub was closed, staff was annoyed to answer any questions, breakfast was slim, vending machine was broken, hallways smelled like smoke. It was fine for a night but I would not stay again.

Breakfast area was not kept clean. Hot tub was drained. Angry man in the lobby was explaining how cleaning staff stole his gifted alcohol. Noise in neighboring room was not managed. Foyer area had a terrible smell. Overall - not good. Our room did seem clean but the room was not maintained (beds made, etc) during our absence. Were they supposed to tidy up? Maybe it's okay they didn't since the guy in the lobby had his alcohol stolen (?)

I people that stay there are nasty people and should not be allowed to stay there for free. The parking lot is not safe at all. You have people following you to your room. Not good.

The front desk staff required a 100 dollar deposit at check in. Our first room the deadbolt didn't work, which the front desk thought wasn't important. Then our second room all the lights didn't work and the shower was busted and sprayed water everywhere. Our third room the floor was torn up and in bad condition. The front desk were rude during our room change requests. The hot tube also did not work.
