I arrived to the hotel in a taxi who was asking for extra money. I had no change so i requested the hotel for change. Denied - experience 0. Next i booked it via trip.com so my booking with hotel should be there already, however the person who was on the reception asked for my phone and started wandering in my phone. That’s very poor handling. I didn’t stay on the hotel because the staff has been absolutely disgusting. Bad bad bad experience
