The Retreat Resort

When I arrived here I thought it will be a nice trip. Unfortunately I was wrong the light was tripped all night . When I complain to mangers they said we are not aware about it, the food was very expensive not up to the mark, the entertainment facilities they are providing is drastic it's a 1926 era tv hell man.The worse service we ever got. Basic things are not available the tap water was hard. So it's like a nightmare for me would not recommend this if you are planning to stay here.

No cleanliness, dust all over room, no service, whole body is itching, toilets are okay. Very high charged in respect of value. I came here with friends and its like pathetic. I will never ever say anyone to visit this place. Blankets are so dusty and unexpected. No hospitality as if they are doing some ehsaan on customers. Bad experience of reception.

We stayed here as party of a marriage party group. Rooms are average. Size is good but maintenance and facilities are very poor. Room was clean but with very basic furniture and in poor condition. TV remotes etc were so dirty that we decided to not to on the tv. toilet was spacious but very very basic. It appears that this hotel is basically for short time users who come for the waterpark. But for that also, it need lots and lots of improvement. We organised a get-together (ceremony) at basement hall. It have one small entrance, no ventilation, very few split AC and 2 or 3 tower AC which are very less as compare to space. We were around 100 persons and it was like a steam oven. Every 10 minutes we had to go out to take fresh breath. I won't recommend this property. There are many much better options available nearby.
