Overall, my stay at Hotel Nuo Trusta was acceptable, and most aspects of the hotel were satisfactory. However, the air-conditioning issue was a serious problem, especially considering the hot weather during my stay.
The air-conditioning in our room stopped working, and we had to endure an uncomfortable night. The following day, the same issue occurred again. The hotel allowed us to change rooms, which we appreciated, but the air-conditioning in the new room was also not very strong. In addition, the electricity suddenly cut off once or twice during our stay, which was inconvenient.
For the price paid, I believe the hotel should place greater emphasis on guest comfort, particularly ensuring that the air-conditioning works properly. A comfortable room temperature is essential for guests to rest well and enjoy their stay without worrying about whether the air-conditioning will function throughout the night.
I appreciate the staff’s effort in changing our room, but the hotel should improve its maintenance and room facilities to provide a more comfortable and reliable experience for guests.
