Stayed there for almost 10 days with my wife while I went to the dentist was absolutely wonderful. Great breakfast. Everything was very clean. The Help was absolutely magnificent. Always happy and helpful. Management was very cooperative and helping me arrange cars transport to the airport. They were absolutely wonderful comfortable beds. I highly recommend this place.

Very poor, stay in facilities not up to the mark. Bedsheet was torn. Cockroaches all around. Tea bags not covered, sugar packs, all kept outside, no dining hall.

After a long and tiring journey from Agra & Vrindavan, we checked into this hotel which immediately took all our stress away. The hotel has cute rooms that provide all the ameneties that one can need. The hotel staff were very alert, hospitable and well trained. After checking out we got a call from the hotel that we had left behind some clothes and it was very kind of them to inform us for which we made arrangements to get them back. Overall this is a very good hotel, a value for money and an ideal place if one is looking for a place to stay in Grater Kailash.

Jaded furniture. Towels were quite bad & discolored from white to grey. Curtains crushed floors dirty / dusty. Overall linen did not appear to be cleaned properly. Edging between wooden flooring & marble damaged and if one was not careful, you could hurt your foot. No shampoo in dispenser. Bathroom fittings not cleaned

We stayed here for one night. The superior room was very compact, not much space for 3 persons. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They take orders for food and probably supply food from outside. The bedsheets and mattresses were not clean, and had some spots. Location of the hotel is good. I say this is an average hotel.
