Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa

The staff were all incredibly kind and left a great impression! I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Filipino restaurant, and the room was clean, so overall, I was very satisfied! The gym was also spotless, making for a pleasant workout experience!

Great service and a good buffet. It's a shame though that the buffet closes quite early when there aren't many people around. My flight arrived early, and the hotel arranged an early check-in for me, which was a huge plus! 👍

The phone in the room was broken, and to make matters worse, the pillow selection area closed early...

1. Great location, right by the sea and close to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. They offer free shuttle service to the terminal for morning departures, so you don't have to wake up too early. 2. The hygiene and service are excellent. The rooms are spotless, sometimes even cleaned twice a day. Service response is very quick, much better than the other two hotels (Marriott and Crowne Plaza) we stayed at during this trip. 3. The pool slide is fun, and the gym is good. 4. You can catch crabs by the sea at night; we caught a lot, haha! 5. There's live music in the evenings, and we even caught a fire dance performance, which was fantastic. On the downside, the food isn't as good as the other two places. The only decent option was the Vietnamese restaurant.
