The Palms Denarau Fiji

The Palms was excellent! We cannot fault them on anything! Very lovely and friendly staff.. always eager to help with anything.. we were upgraded to a nice large apartment, large bathroom & shower, the room was clean, well serviced and had everything you need. Great pool and cafe onsite and excellent location.. across from the port with many great restaurants and shops! We would definitely return there.

The location is excellent — only about a two-minute walk from Delanau Port, making it an ideal place for traveling to the islands. The room was also clean and pleasant. However, the light blue towels provided in the room were extremely poor quality. Both the face and bath towels had almost no absorbency at all. My companion and I even joked that we had never used such useless towels at a hotel before.What was even more unpleasant was being told at check-out that one face towel was missing and being asked if I knew where it was. I was shocked that I was effectively suspected of taking a towel. At the time, I had a taxi waiting and simply said I didn't know. Frankly, why would anyone want to steal a towel that doesn't even absorb water properly? This accusation left a very unpleasant impression and unfortunately overshadowed what was otherwise a very good stay.

Super location, super room layout. Amenities were great. Most importantly it was close to port Denarau, so we could make all trips with great convenience! Highly recommend for families.
