Very cheap hotel, have a blood stains on the curtain and on the bed. Worst location. Ugly bathroom.

After I completed my registration, the front desk asked me to pay RM50 (deposit) + RM2 (government tax), totaling RM52. He said the RM50 would be refunded to me after I checked out. I paid by scanning a QR code because he said the hotel does not accept cash anymore. When I scanned the QR code, I didn’t notice the recipient’s name. After the payment went through, I realized the name was “Islam and Mohidul.” I asked him who that name belonged to. He quickly replied that he had accidentally given me the wrong QR code and admitted that the name belonged to him. He said it was the same and that he would return the money to me when I checked out the next day. I didn’t argue and accepted it. The next day when I checked out, I asked for my deposit back. He asked if I could wait one hour because he had transferred the money to his friend the night before due to an urgent need. He said he had no money at the moment. Even if I argued, it wouldn’t help, so I agreed. He said he had my phone number and would transfer the money back to my TNG account later. I trusted him again. However, from morning until now, the money has not been transferred to my TNG account at all. I really want to call him, but I don’t have his number. Even worse, the hotel phone number cannot reach him. So I would like to ask, what should I do? Please give me some advice.

The place is near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, upon checking in the whole room is good at first glance but upon close inspection there are stains in bed sheet and pillow covers, there is even a towel used to covered the aircon (i don't know the reason why there's a towel at the aircon) the bathroom is also not that clean, there are mold on bathroom sink. The lights on the room are not all working only few lights working.

The smell of dampness, very noisy. For one night and forget about him.

Airport pickup: worst experience ever. Contacted hotel via whatsApp 24hours before my arrival for airport pickup but no response from Barry Inn. Once arrived KLIA (2000hrs), called many times to request for airport transfer. DRIVER TOOK 2HOURS TO PICKUP ME FROM KLIA 1 to BARRY INN! So-called-24-hour-check in: NOBODY AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER. RANG THE BELL AND CALL THE NUMBER MANY TIMES TO CHECK IN. WASTED 30MINUTES FOR CHECK IN ONLY! The room smell like someone just finished smoking in there. I cough the whole night!

Couldn’t reach out to the customer service directly and I’ve tried several ways of contacting them. Only through trip if I wanted to talk to them.

The staffs are friendly and so helpful. Good location near the KLIAA. Perfect for lay overs and connecting flights.

Best for a one night stay. The hotel is located around 20 mins away from KLIA2 there's not many people around there but still okay. The whole room smelled like cigarettes, even the towels had the smell lingered to it. I didn't stay a night, I only had booked for a place to rest and put down my bags. Overall cheap, but not so great if you're thinking of staying more than a day or two.

Just for 1 night stay, it should be ok...nothing awesome, but still worth with the money.
