Die Lage ist super - man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Die Donau und das Schloss Ingolstadt liegen unmittelbar vor der Tür und man genießt den Komfort des direkten Zugangs von der Tiefgarage zum Hotel, bzw. der Etage auf der man wohnt. Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Kopfkissen sind sehr angenehm. Im Bad gibt es eine großzügige Walk in Dusche mit Regendusche. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Fernseher, einen Kühlschrank sowie einen Schreibtisch. Da das Zimmer sehr ruhig war, konnte man ungestört schlafen. Das Zimmer 232 in der zweiten Etage liegt ebenerdig zum offenen Hof, so dass man das Fenster zum Schlafen nicht offen lassen kann, da jeder durch das Fenster ins Zimmer gelangen könnte. Die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft das Zimmer ordentlich herunter zu kühlen. Da das Hotel noch neu ist, dünsten Teppiche etc. entsprechend aus, weshalb frische Luft durch die Fenster unbedingt erforderlich ist. Die Kosmetiktücher wurden vom Housekeeping nicht aufgefüllt und der Mitarbeiter, den man vom Zimmer aus telefonisch nach mehreren Versuchen erreichte, sprach kein Deutsch/Englisch. Er verwies unwirsch auf die Rezeption. Die Rezeption war vom Zimmer telefonisch nicht erreichbar, weil dort lediglich EIN Mitarbeiter um 17/18 Uhr tätig war und dieser Mitarbeiter gerade einen Gast aufwendig beraten hat. So mußte man sich wieder anziehen, runter gehen und dort warten, bis die Beratung für die Umgebung und die Ausflugsziele abgeschlossen war, um Bescheid geben zu können, dass man Kosmetiktücher benötigt. Irgendwann erschien dann der Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter mit den Kosmetiktüchern. Der ganze Prozess dauerte fast eine halbe Stunde! Wenn man, wie in unserem Fall, sich kurz frisch machen möchte und dann einen Termin hat, bringt einen dies in eine unnötig stressige Situation. Schade ist, dass das Hotel kein Arrangement mit dem Betreiber der Tiefgarage hat, so dass für jede Ein-/Ausfahrt erneut Gebühren entstehen. Schöner wäre es, als Hotelgast ein Tagesticket lösen zu können, um hohe Kosten für angefangene Stunden zu vermeiden.

This hotel is near the highway and if you want to visit Audi museum or the Outlet village, this could be your place. We had a family room, with four beds. It was ok, but very small and had only one small bathroom. There was no place for the luggage. The breakfast was good for the price and there were plenty free parking places in the hotel area.

A brand new hotel in a business area. Very calm though. One could be a bit restrained by the proximity of Fransiz Haus and Autoverwertung Ibrahim but i can assure this has absolutely no influence on the quality of your stay. Not the cheapest but with a good eye for a good deal with Centro Stuttgart one could certainly a good value for money. Not for your regular traveller since it is quite far of the historic centre of Ingolstadt.

After a break and workshop change we are check-in in this hotel. The hotel is clean and new. The reception at the reception is very friendly. The room is large enough and clean. Unfortunately, only one window could be appended and the 2. Not open at all. Therefore it was very warm here too. Although there was a air conditioning, but with child you don't want to let it run when you are in. The bedroom was also very warm. The room price was breakfast incl.. And here we were very positively surprised, we wouldn't have expected that for the price. That was very delicious and the staff again very friendly. We also had the time to stay in the room for 1 h longer as in fact, so the time until the car was repaired was not too long. We can only recommend the hotel.

For a short stay, the hotel is well suited because of the good price-performance ratio, especially since there is no large selection of hotels in Ingolstadt. The lady at the check-in was very friendly, the check-in itself goes relatively quickly, even though I always wonder why the address must be filled out when this information is asked at the booking. The room was quiet and quiet. But the hotel is quite far from the city center, with the car it is no problem at all, without the car it will be difficult here. I found it to be quite tiny for a hotel that bills itself as a wellness hotel. While it was clean and well-maintained, I would have appreciated a larger pool area to unwind in. The sauna area was adequate, but the fact that it was only open from 12-9 pm left me feeling a bit short-changed. If you're looking for a relaxing sauna session before bed, you won't be able to do so here. The room itself was okay, but it was also very small. If you're expecting a spacious and luxurious room, this is not the place for you. However, it was clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Negative: Now let's move on to the negatives. First of all, in my room, there were no slippers or bathrobe, which I found strange for a wellness hotel. These are basic amenities that should be provided to guests, especially if you're paying a premium price for your stay. Similarly, I was surprised to find that there were no water bottles in the room. This is a standard item that is provided in every hotel, whether you're paying for the water or not. Instead, you have to go to a vending machine, which feels outdated and inconvenient. The bed and mattress were also a letdown. The mattress was incredibly hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. If you're someone who values a comfortable bed, you may want to look elsewhere. In the evening, there was only one person working at the bar, which meant that there were long waits for drinks. This was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. As I mentioned earlier, the swimming pool was quite small, and I found the prices for the hotel rooms to be quite high, especially given the overall lack of amenities. Finally, the gym was outdated, and two of the treadmills were out of order in the evening. While there were other machines available, it was disappointing not to have access to all of the equipment. Positive: Now, let's move on to the positives. One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the food in the restaurant. The meals were delicious, and the buffet was also quite good. If you're a foodie, you'll appreciate the effort that the hotel puts into its culinary offerings. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer my questions and went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at the Hotel Dirsch was a mixed bag. While there were some positives, there were also several areas where the hotel fell short. If you're looking for a luxurious wellness hotel experience, this may not be the place for you. Located close to the Alps, Gasthof Krone for us is the perfect stop on our way to our ski destination. The hotel has spacious rooms, a warm shower and beds are very comfortable. The restaurant offers great German dishes like “Schnitzel” and big glasses of beer at a very reasonable price. It is also possible to take your dinner with you to your room. Easy when you arrive late and travel with small children. Staff is friendly and they offer a buffet style breakfast in the morning with lots of choice and great coffee! Only thing missing would be (especially in the future) some more loading places for electric cars in the car park (which is free). Then again; there is a FastNed charger at 900m from the hotel. Great for topping of for next days journey! At the price point they charge; five stars all the way!
