due to the negligence of this owner who removed the mailbox from the front yard in which I stepped into the hole causing me to fall and break my leg in several places they have failed to respond at all to my request to file a claim

Everything was exceptional. Love the backyard and the quiet neighborhood.

June in Denton We were in Denton for college orientation. My son and I went to orientation while my husband and daughter hung out at the house quite a bit. Biggest issue was not enough comfortable seating. Couch was small and the stools were not comfortable and were too tall to work with the table. Also the dishwasher was broken so we did all dishes by hand. House was more dated than it looked online. Location was very handy to get around.

House was clean and provided basic necessities for our 6 day stay.

Cute little place This house is really cute. The owners were super nice and easy to get a hold of. There were a few minor issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed for next time. I wish there had been a place to put things like a curling iron down on in The bathroom but otherwise it was great!

UNT Graduation This cute little house was the perfect location to restaurants, UNT and the highway. It did exactly what we needed!

Perfect Cute, perfect home. Comfortable stay and close to everything. Property manager was very nice, responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to book again for next year when we come back to town.

Nice cute house Cute house. Small but right size since I was traveling alone. Listing very accurate. Did have issue with no WiFi after the first day and was not remedied during my stay after contacting host. Communication with host was good as well.
