Courtyard Denver Airport at Gateway Park

I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, I was taken by the shuttle to the wrong Courtyard Marriott Airport hotel, apparently there are two similarly named locations. Upon realizing the mistake, neither the shuttle nor the hotel staff at the incorrect location were helpful or empathetic in assisting me to reach the correct hotel. As a result, I was forced to pay for two Uber rides, completely negating the benefit of booking a hotel with shuttle service in the first place. The situation was frustrating and stressful, especially after travel, and the lack of support from staff only worsened the experience. Clearer shuttle communication and more supportive customer service could have easily prevented this situation.

We missed a flight connection and had to book for the night. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle runs every half hour and it's on time! Only problem was no free breakfast or even coffee. We paid for the "continental breakfast" but were denied when we tried to eat. Otherwise, nice place.

The staff greeted us, our room was clean and spacious. We loved how close it was the the airport. We love staying at the Marriott hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Toilet seat would not stay up No table or light on one side of bed

Super clean, staff was helpful with my late check in and any question i had. Overall great experience and would stay there again.
