Had a wonderful experience! The room was spotless, everything was thoroughly cleaned, which I really appreciated. It was very comfortable. The service attitude was also excellent, very satisfying. The location is great too, a very safe area. I really loved it!

The room was spacious, clean, quiet, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a grand yet cozy style. The transportation was super convenient; there's a free #16 bus right behind the building that makes it easy to get to the main downtown areas and Union Station. The breakfast was plentiful, and housekeeping was excellent. On the first floor, next to the elevators, there's complimentary 24-hour hot water, coffee, black tea, and fruit tea, which was really convenient for guests coming and going. Overall, this is a brand hotel with great facilities and service – definitely worth staying at.

The hotel has perfect location, i booked a mountain view but the room posted online wasn’t really like what I got but it’s fine the room was still good

Our hotel stay was generally great. All employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and appreciated. The only issue was not having enough elevators running during busy times of the day.

The hotel is conveniently located near 16th Street in the city center; it's an easy walk to catch the free bus to Union Station.

Excellent hotel! Spacious room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Breakfast is included. It's simple, but you definitely won't go hungry. Great views from the upper floors—I recommend a room with a mountain view.

I paid for good hotel service, and on several occasions, I had to ask management to properly clean the room. There were days when no cleaning staff came, which I believe they should have organized better beforehand.

There were little bit of homeless people. It was not dangerous but little bit scary.

Excellent hotel. The only downside was the expensive parking.

The hotel is relatively new, rooms are spacious, breakfast is Ok. But, be prepared to spend 10-30 minutes waiting for the elevator and in the breakfast hours or check in hours it might take even longer. When checking out I had to use the stairs to get down from 8th floor after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator!!! The general service is also almost absent. I asked to bring bedding to the room for my kid and prepare the sofa, they said they they have no staff , but promised at least to bring bedding to the room. Four hours later - nothing happened. I had to get back to reception and eventually received it there and had to do everything myself

Perfect place to stay for groups and family! Comfort and luxury all at once. ♡
