Our room was impeccably clean, and the owner generously upgraded our room free of charge. All the in-room amenities were thoughtfully provided and fully stocked. The breakfast rice noodles were incredibly delicious. The owner even helped us carry our luggage downstairs. Our overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here. Plus, it's very conveniently located near the Meili Snow Mountain 'Golden Summit in Sunlight' viewing platform.

The quality of a hotel is judged not only by its service during smooth times, but also by its attitude when problems arise. During my stay, we experienced unstable voltage, but the hotel's handling of the situation was exemplary! From the speed of response and efficiency in resolving the issue to the sincere communication, everything was impeccable. Minor imperfections in the facilities are inevitable, but such attentive and considerate service is rare. Kudos to their professionalism and sincerity! (The unstable voltage caused elevator malfunctions, and the staff proactively helped everyone in each room with their luggage.)

Awesome place! The concierge was super helpful in both picking us up from the bus station and navigating the Meili area. The facilities are very nice, extremely comfortable and great vibes. Good views of a temple and mountains opposite Meili. Perfect mattresses and the best rain shower head I have ever used in my life.

We requested an extra blanket but were refused, with the explanation that they had already supplied what was necessary. This was despite the hotel not being fully booked and having plenty of availability. They also incorrectly claimed it was against policy for three of us to stay in one room, even though we had actually booked two rooms (one with twin beds, one with a king). The room lighting was so poor that I had to use my phone's flashlight just to operate the kettle. Around 7 AM, I tried calling the front desk multiple times to inquire about the weather and whether we'd be able to see the 'Rizhao Jinshan' (Golden Mountain at sunrise), but no one picked up. What truly baffled me was the bizarre business philosophy proudly displayed at the front desk. The very next day, I received truly exceptional service at a different establishment. This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience during my entire 6-day stay in Shangri-La.
