Quiet and comfortable, I slept soundly all night. Plus, it's super close to the attractions.

Really good! I'd love to try another one of their branches someday. What particularly impressed me was that during a power outage, their place was the *only* one on the whole street that had backup power, so our electricity supply was completely uninterrupted. I'm seriously impressed! Great hotel!

The overall environment was very clean and tidy, and the in-room facilities were well-maintained, making us feel completely at ease using them. This place offers excellent value for money. Given its prime location as one of the best viewpoints, being able to stay so comfortably and enjoy such breathtaking scenery truly made it worth every penny! I highly recommend it to fellow travelers planning a visit to Feilai Temple to see Meili Snow Mountain!

We requested an extra blanket but were refused, with the explanation that they had already supplied what was necessary. This was despite the hotel not being fully booked and having plenty of availability. They also incorrectly claimed it was against policy for three of us to stay in one room, even though we had actually booked two rooms (one with twin beds, one with a king). The room lighting was so poor that I had to use my phone's flashlight just to operate the kettle. Around 7 AM, I tried calling the front desk multiple times to inquire about the weather and whether we'd be able to see the 'Rizhao Jinshan' (Golden Mountain at sunrise), but no one picked up. What truly baffled me was the bizarre business philosophy proudly displayed at the front desk. The very next day, I received truly exceptional service at a different establishment. This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience during my entire 6-day stay in Shangri-La.
