Getting to the hotel requires turning off National Highway 214 onto a village road, which was completely dark at night. At that moment, I regretted booking this place. However, after driving down that small road for about 5 minutes, we finally arrived, and I immediately felt that my choice was actually a good one. Once we entered the room, my worries completely disappeared! The room felt like a 4-star standard and, thankfully, was smoke-free. Even better, each room had a copy of the 'Brief Introduction to Diqing Prefecture,' a very professional, detailed, and comprehensive book that helps you quickly and systematically understand the area. The hotel restaurant's food was good (though a bit salty for us southerners). The prices weren't cheap, around 50 RMB per person, but given the generous portions, I wouldn't say it was expensive. The main benefit was not having to go out to eat, which saved time and effort. The hotel's environment and ambiance were perfect; it truly felt like a manor. I heard it used to be a vineyard that later upgraded to tourism services. Because it's far from the town and main road, it's incredibly quiet, and you can even see the peak of Meili Snow Mountain directly from here.

Staying at the Meili Ice Wine Manor when visiting Meili Snow Mountain was absolutely worth it! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and reliable. They were patient and meticulous during check-in, proactively helping us plan our sightseeing and winery routes. They even arranged breakfast in advance for our early morning viewing of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' phenomenon. Any request was met with an immediate response, and issues were resolved super efficiently; we felt perfectly taken care of throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and had an amazing view, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The ice wine tasting experience was full of ceremony. The service was heartfelt, the environment was healing, and the warm service from the front desk was truly the highlight. Five stars are a must-give, and I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Meili!

The toilet drain was leaking, so washing my face resulted in water everywhere. Ugh, there were three bugs in the bedroom; I only took one picture, the other two were crushed. The hygiene was appalling. Breakfast was terrible, barely enough to fill my stomach. The complimentary ice wine mentioned in the order was also missing. The view from the entrance was okay, but the path was incredibly difficult to walk on. I highly discourage staying there at night; it's too dangerous! I'm definitely never coming back.

It exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect there is such a good hotel in this mountain valley. It is very remote, but people who really like it really like it. It is quiet and comfortable. I understand that the food is a bit expensive, but the ingredients are super fresh, the taste is very good and the portion is very sufficient. I will come again next time I pass by.

This time I stayed in this Meili Manor to go to Meili Snow Mountain to see Rizhao Jinshan, I was lucky to see, I rented a total of 3 3-person rooms, large rooms, comfortable beds, and go-karts can play casually, but the place is a bit remote, no other hotels, restaurants nearby, to the scenic platform to see the snow mountain about 25 minutes drive, I see the main peak of Meili Snow Mountain.

Very good. The winery is even more unique! Quiet, calm, and tranquil. It's on the bank of the Lancang River. There are no houses around. In autumn, it's all grapes. You can taste the wine and there are special introductions. The food is also good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, on the side of the main peak of Meili. You can see the golden mountain in the sun from the room, especially the terrace on the third floor which is particularly photogenic against the backdrop of the Meili Snow Mountain. The hotel service is also in place and is worth recommending.

Advantages: The hotel is located at an altitude of about 2200 meters, which is suitable for people with high sensitivity. Bad experience: The special items say there are free drinks. Before I went there, I thought there would be a small bottle of sample drink in the room for travelers. After arriving, the front desk said that guests should go to the restaurant to get it themselves, which is no problem 👌. There were 8 people in our group. The elders went to the restaurant first to get wine with great interest, but they were told that they had to pay for the wine. If I remember correctly, it was 185 per bottle. I called and was told that the hotel had a free drink program, and the restaurant said they had run out of glasses, so they took a paper water cup, filled it with wine, and said we could share it among the eight of us. 8 people share a small paper cup of wine? Thank you for the hotel's generosity. After coming back from taking photos of the stars late at night, I heard my family talk about this and I was really amused and confused. 😂 The project is very unique and attractive, but the execution is very poor. Compared with this, problems like electrical circuit failure in the room in the middle of the night, flat tires on the mountain bike and lack of power to play are minor issues. I don’t know whether the original intention of the free drink program was to attract customers or to promote ice wine, but in any case it was a mess and the experience was terrible. I also hope that the hotel can improve this problem in time. Guests do not need "charity" services. Just do what you can instead of being so stingy.
