The room was a bit small, but the shower was amazing – super relaxing after a seven-hour drive. It was also a short walk to see the sunrise the next morning. Great value for money.

This was the worst accommodation experience during my Yunnan trip. First, about two days after I booked, I needed to change my itinerary and requested a refund. Ctrip called me back saying the owner refused any refund, not a single penny. I guess you're a ******* and you do what you want! Our room was on the third floor, and there's no elevator! Seriously, after two trips up and down, I got altitude sickness even though I usually don't, and my head was pounding! The hygiene was terrible – cotton fibers on the pillow, and the bathroom sink was disgusting. It felt like a hundred-yuan hostel, not what I paid for. The floor heating wasn't working at night, the floor was freezing. I called the owner, who brought a space heater, but then the floor heating suddenly kicked in again in the middle of the night. With both heating, it got so hot it woke me up. The sink leaked just from washing a pair of socks. A truly terrible experience.

I genuinely think this is the best value-for-money hotel in Feilai Temple! Absolutely worth it! The room was small but had everything I needed. I booked it last minute after deciding to arrive a day earlier. It was very warm, clean, and the facilities were new. The service was also excellent; both the front desk and the owner were very polite. I would have extended my stay if they weren't fully booked today.

The hotel is super close to the observation deck, about a 3-minute walk away. What really stood out was how incredibly clean and cozy the room was. You could tell the hotel owner had turned on the underfloor heating beforehand because it was wonderfully warm when I walked in. The disposable toiletries were also really comprehensive and high-end, especially the toothbrush. It's rare for a hotel to even provide mouthwash! The oxygen supply equipment was also excellent. If you're looking for a place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth recommending – it's fantastic!
