The hotel's location, service, and room amenities are all excellent! I checked in at 12 PM, and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded my room and meticulously explained all the room facilities. The hotel also offered workshops for making handmade soap and Tibetan incense. For breakfast, because there were fewer guests, the buffet was canceled and replaced with an à la carte menu where you pre-order. The selection was comprehensive, and the food was delicious!

While the location of Jianglu is quite good and the rooms are generally nice, being right next to the Wunongding Observation Deck, I initially thought the price was excellent. However, there were a few dissatisfying points. Firstly, there's no accessible ramp at the entrance, and the main door is often closed, which meant staff weren't readily available to help with luggage, making it inconvenient for guests to carry their own. Secondly, having a washer and dryer is great, but either offer a purely self-service option or don't give notes that lead guests to believe their laundry will be dried and returned to their room, only to find out they have to retrieve it themselves. If they're aiming for five-star service, there's definitely room for improvement.

Absolutely stunning scenery and a fantastic hotel! They offer a variety of ******* cultural activities, and the staff are incredibly dedicated and always ready to help with any questions. The breakfast and dinner were also really nice! Highly recommend! We were so lucky to see the 'golden mountains' (sunlight on snowy peaks) right from our room without even having to go outside!

I was very satisfied with the Songtsam Linka Shangri-La hotel. I was feeling a bit of altitude sickness on the day I arrived, and they provided me with glucose. I could also use oxygen in my room. In the morning, I could see the beautiful sunrise over the snow-capped mountains from the balcony of room 403. The black chicken soup noodles for breakfast were delicious 😋

The room layout is excellent, and the overall hotel design is very appealing! The restaurant, coffee shop/bar, breakfast, and late-night snacks (available all night) including 'wei lu zhu cha' (a type of hotpot tea gathering) are all complimentary! From the balcony, you get a full view of the Thirteen Peaks of Taizi, and in winter, the 'Rizhao Jinshan' (golden sun on the snow-capped mountains) is magnificent. It's also very conveniently located.

The hotel's location is superb! I booked a 'Mao Ding' room on the 3rd floor but got a free upgrade to a 'Li Nong' room on the 4th floor. It's on the same floor as the restaurant's observation deck, so the view is fantastic. The best part is being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' view. Absolutely great value for money!
