Some positive reviews are truly heartfelt, and staying at Ziyu Xinshe is one of them. The front desk young lady was gentle and beautiful, and the gentleman was incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. He even proactively offered us water and, most importantly, lent me a power bank, reminding us to stay safe. This is exactly how the service industry should operate – warming our hearts. Their location is right at the starting point of the Shenpu Line. Step out the door, and you're there. Come on, everyone!

Five stars is the maximum rating on Trip.com, but it's not the limit for this guesthouse. The guesthouse is located in Yubeng Lower Village, to the right of the pond at the entrance, making it very noticeable and easy to find. It's incredibly convenient for heading to the Sacred Waterfall trail, the Sacred Lake trail, or for entering and exiting Yubeng Lower Village. The room is spacious, a pure wooden Tibetan-style guesthouse. They offer free foot soak herbal packs (which cost 30 per person on the mountain!) and free breakfast. The staff are very warm and friendly, and can help with planning your hiking routes. The room is clean, tidy, and well-equipped, including floor heating and an oxygen concentrator.

The room was spacious and clean, with underfloor heating and a foot bath with disposable liners, as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the snowy mountains right from the bed. On the second morning, two adorable cats joined us for breakfast. What impressed me most was the incredibly warm and thoughtful service from the staff.

The room was spotless, and the linens felt brand new. The view from the window was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, including a foot bath and an oxygen machine. The staff were also very helpful and enthusiastic, assisting us in taking many great photos. Superb!

This is a genuine review from a hiker. First off, the location is unbeatable – it's right at the most popular viewpoint in Lower Yubeng, the very spot where everyone takes those iconic photos of the Meili Snow Mountains. It's also right next to that famous Instagrammable restaurant, yet it's close enough to be convenient without being noisy. There's even a hotel that costs a couple of thousand yuan a night situated between this place and the restaurant – I can't recall its name, but it really highlights just how great the value for money is here. The owner is also incredibly kind and provides free hot water. I'll definitely be back to this hotel next time I visit Shenhu Lake!

The service was exceptionally attentive, and the facilities were also quite comprehensive.

I booked this hotel when I set off for Yubeng by myself. The hotel owner added me on WeChat five days in advance and gave me detailed instructions on how to check in, which was very thoughtful. It took us four hours to walk from the outside into Yubeng. As soon as we entered the village, we could spot the hotel sign, so it was very easy to find. Given how difficult it is to get into Yubeng Village these days, it's truly remarkable that the hotel still offers breakfast. While the breakfast isn't luxurious, it's a buffet where you can eat as much as you like. Since we had an early start for Shenhu Lake the next morning, the owner kindly helped us find a guide and even provided free crampons for us to use! They also thoughtfully asked if we wanted them to pack breakfast for us to take on the road the next day! In the evening, there were wooden tubs for foot soaks, which was a lovely touch! The hotel also has two adorable kittens, and you can see the beautiful snow-capped mountains right from your room!

The location is super convenient, right at the entrance of Yubeng Lower Village and the exit/entry point for Ninong Canyon. The room was clean, the underfloor heating worked great, and the view was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, a really excellent experience!

The hotel is very close to Lower Yubeng and offers free breakfast. The guesthouse is also very clean. Since I was traveling solo, they offered a free room upgrade due to a promotion. The young lady working there was beautiful and kind, and her drawings were lovely! Thank you!
