Awesome place! The concierge was super helpful in both picking us up from the bus station and navigating the Meili area. The facilities are very nice, extremely comfortable and great vibes. Good views of a temple and mountains opposite Meili. Perfect mattresses and the best rain shower head I have ever used in my life.

There are 20 rooms in hotel, all facing the Meili mountain. The big glass windows make all the guests enjoy the spectacular Mountain View easily. There is a restaurant and a coffee house in hotel. There is buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner are also supplied during 12:00-21:30. Guests can enjoy coffee, wine, and deserts etc. in coffee house during 10:00-22:00. Outside the coffee house, there is a big platform on which guests can enjoy the first glory sunshine on the golden mountain Meili.

Having stayed at many guesthouses in Feilai Temple, the room amenities here absolutely outperform those at places costing over 1000 RMB. The owner, a local *******, is incredibly warm and enthusiastic. He even proactively drove us to see the 'moonlit silver mountains' at night (a spot many people don't know about!). It's just a 10-15 minute walk from the sunrise viewing platform, and for those who prefer not to walk, the owner is happy to offer rides. A truly fantastic guesthouse!

Environment: Quiet, low altitude, avoid headaches due to altitude sickness, you can see the Mingyong Glacier. The weather was not very good the day after check-in, so you can only see the glacier. If the weather is good, you should be able to see the snow-capped mountains. Nearby, you can see the merging of glacial snow water and the red mud and sand water of the Lancang River, which is very interesting. Service: Very good. The dinner and matsutake chicken soup and breakfast booked by the boss were also delicious. The whole family was very satisfied. The boss also brought out his own fruit and ice wine, which was very lacking.

The housekeeper is very simple, super good, very intimate to pick me up on the roadside, take the initiative to ask and help. There is free milk tea for breakfast, and you can pick the apples and grapes grown by the store for free. If the weather is good, you can directly see Rizhao Jinshan/Snow Mountain from the famous hotel room, and you can usually see clouds and mists in the mountains. In the morning, I woke up in the screams of cattle, chickens and other animals around the famous hotel, and the living environment was super quiet. It was a good living experience and it is worth coming again.
