Moganshan High Mountain Forest Adventure Park · Xuan Yong Shilily Hotel

This hotel, booked on short notice, was excellent. We were assigned a personal butler, who proactively added us on WeChat and responded promptly. We even picked them up after getting lost late at night. We were greeted with welcome fruit, a nice minibar, and children's amenities. We were very attentive and provided instructions for using the various amenities in the room. The buffet breakfast was beautiful, with an outdoor dining area and breathtaking mountain views. Before we left, our butler (Lulu) even offered us a gift of local specialties, drinks, and snacks. She thoughtfully escorted us back to the park entrance. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The room was spacious, with a bamboo forest view outside the window. I woke up in the morning, opened the window, and felt incredibly refreshed. The service was excellent. The hotel is located in a large scenic area, with shuttle service available, or you can walk around on your own. The Lantern Festival during National Day was also beautiful, right within the hotel's scenic area. The complimentary amusement park tickets were also a great value, including the entrance fee and rafting. I also paid for both activities myself, so overall it was a great deal.

Rooms: We checked in at the tail end of summer vacation and were upgraded to a suite upon check-in. Our kids and we had separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom. 👍 Although there are over 100 rooms, almost all have pools, and the rooms are all very private, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Rooms 1123 are right next to the suspended pool, which is very convenient and photogenic. Housekeeper: Xiao Zhang was very considerate. Whenever the kids lost something while running around, Xiao Zhang always helped find it. Amenities: There are many attractions, not just rafting, so one night is more than enough. Pet-friendly: Dogs are welcome. This time, our dog wasn't home, so we brought our turtle. Recommendation: The pillows were a little uncomfortable, so an upgrade would have been great. Overall, it's worth a second visit.

The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, the hotel swimming pool is unique, the hotel butler Gavin's service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the children said the mountain rafting activity is exciting, safe and fun. We did it 4 times in a row. I will come back and stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel shuttle bus picks you up and drops you off, and the rafting destination is just 10 meters from your room. 🏡Accommodation: Stay in a family room with a king-size bed (1.8 by 1.3 meters), a very practical double bathroom, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. 🍽Dining: The resort offers a lakeside restaurant, serving three meals a day and afternoon tea. The restaurant has a wide selection of dishes. The first floor also features a swimming pool and a children's playground, perfect for little ones. 💁Service: A one-on-one butler is provided upon check-in, and breakfast, Wi-Fi, and shuttle service can be arranged at any time.

We booked a family-friendly loft and were very pleased with the spacious room, which had two beds. The service was excellent, with a shuttle bus that could deliver luggage to our room. The hotel is also very close to the Alpine Forest Rafting, right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring.

The hotel's style is unique and forest-like, with beautiful environment and good air. We like it very much. Private pool rooms are very popular in the summer, so you have to book them far in advance. We only booked a loft suite. The room facilities are good, and the upper and lower rooms have separate bathrooms. The experience is OK, and it is very suitable for leisure vacation. You must come and experience the private pool room next time!
