The front desk staff, the doorman, and the lobby manager were all excellent. A young lady even gave me an extra Ferris wheel ticket. Intime City is right next door, making dining and shopping very convenient. The bathroom design is also good, and the breakfast is exquisite. Staying on a high floor offers a great view.

Stayed for a night in Deqing with my family, and the front desk guy, Zane, was really great. He had a good attitude and tried his best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was also decent, with all the essentials. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there were no major drawbacks. It's a very suitable place for a short stopover.

When I arrived, the hotel was quite busy, but Elisha at the front desk still handled everything smoothly and calmly. She answered all my questions thoroughly and communicated efficiently without any delay. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness really helped to ease the fatigue from my journey.
