I searched for reviews before booking, and with a 'what could go wrong' attitude, thinking how bad could it be considering the price? Well, even after being mentally prepared, I was still shocked by how truly awful it was! The butler was added, but there was absolutely no service to speak of. From the front desk to the shuttle bus to the restaurant, the complaints are endless. The breakfast shocked me; the variety was worse than a budget hotel. The coffee machine was out of water, there were very few guests, and even fewer visible staff. At both breakfast and dinner, you couldn't spot a single server. If you needed something, you had to go find them. The room had a foul odor upon entering. For such a large resort, the only thing to do was the pool, as Discovery was closed. Almost all activities were run by third parties and ridiculously overpriced, which explains why they don't raise prices during National Day or Chinese New Year. The only good thing was the view, but there are countless hotels in Moganshan with great views! I will absolutely never come again!

The room was spacious and the views were unbeatable, but it was a bit inconvenient having to take a shuttle every time we wanted to go out or come back. The bathroom was completely transparent, and didn't even offer enough privacy from the bedroom. Breakfast was quite average. However, the feeling of staying on top of the mountain made it all worth the price!

The driver of the shuttle bus with license plate number ending in 11, who picked us up from August 19th to 21st, had an excellent attitude and provided warm service; Xiao Mao was also great.

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised by everything – the room, the service, and the view were all amazing! I really hope I can get the same room next year!

The room was fantastic! We got a free upgrade, and the breakfast was excellent too! I accidentally dropped my car keys on the hotel road one evening, and the next day, Mr. Shi, the shuttle bus team leader, along with the duty manager, went above and beyond to help me find them. It saved me a lot of trouble! Many thanks again to Mr. Shi!

Facilities: The resort has a ton of recreational facilities, great for kids, and there are even hiking trails for adults. Environment: The natural scenery is absolutely stunning; I could easily spend a whole week here. This was my second visit, and I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body.

I've been to Moganshan for several holidays, and I usually choose Jun'anli, mainly because of their 'Xinyue' manager (I don't know her full name). She's not only professional but also understands customer needs, which is a rare quality for a professional manager in the service industry. When my wife left her hair straightener at the hotel, Xinyue found it immediately and couriered it to her. Having Xinyue as a manager at Jun'anli significantly enhances customers' favorable impression and deep regard for the hotel. I'd give Xinyue a full 7-star rating for her excellent service.
