Shengdao Mogan Hot Spring Resort Meishu

The environment is amazing! Moganshan is super beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery – perfect for a vacation. All the little towns nearby are charming, and the village cafes serve really good coffee; that was a pleasant surprise!

Service: The service was excellent! Ambiance: Very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing sleep after a hot spring bath.

Right from the moment we entered, it was a constant climb up stairs. Being pregnant, I really couldn't handle it. Then, about the facilities: my first impression upon entering the room was that it was old, rundown, and had an odor. The toilet in the bathroom was incredibly old as well. Other hotels usually provide disposable toilet seat covers, but there were none here. Mine were in the car, and I didn't go back for them because of all the stairs, so I ended up having to use tissues just to manage. I saw on the homepage that it was supposedly renovated in 2025, but it felt like it was renovated at least ten years ago. Next, the bedding: the sheets were really old and worn out. Finally, breakfast was decent; it was the only thing I felt was okay. All in all, it just wasn't worth it. We stayed one night and couldn't wait to leave the next day.

The private hot spring was really great, the water temperature was just right, and I felt completely relaxed after soaking. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with both Chinese and Western options, and I was very satisfied. I have to commend the service; the butler was especially attentive and arranged everything I needed. The experience was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Moganshan.

The breakfast was also thoughtfully prepared, tasted great, and the portions were perfect. The service was naturally attentive and warm, not at all forced like some other places. We felt very comfortable and at ease during our stay. I'd love to bring my family here again next time.

The entire hotel has a very fresh and artistic vibe. The owner was super enthusiastic and even brought us late-night snacks. This guesthouse is definitely worth staying at!

The environment is just okay, and the breakfast is even worse. The breakfast is exactly as pictured, with no other options, which is a big disappointment. There was no non-slip mat in the bathroom, and I almost slipped and fell. Avoid this place!
