Escaping the July heat to Moganshan, the biggest takeaway was how my mind and body just slowed down. Naked Retreats, as the pioneer of luxury wilderness resorts in China, truly excels at 'integrating with nature.' The treehouse villas are nestled deep within the bamboo forest; opening the window reveals an abundance of calming green, and waking up to birdsong in the morning – this immersive experience, bursting with negative ions, is truly rare. Thanks also to Xiao Tu for the help. I hope to visit again.

I had this mountain retreat saved in my favorites for years, and I finally decided to check it out during my recent break. I was a bit worried it might be a disappointment, but it turned out to be a perfect 10! Every staff member was so kind, patient, and always smiling. The real-time, one-on-one group chat service was a huge bonus. Duty Manager Yang Lingling was incredibly nice; anything we needed was promptly delivered by golf cart. I felt a bit bad constantly bothering the staff on the first night, but they were all so patient with every request. The hotel beds are especially comfortable – after a rainy day bath, I’d fall asleep instantly. The DIY activities like crafting, incense sachets, pottery, and handmade soaps were so fulfilling. Just before we checked out, Manager Yang Lingling even had a staff member give us a tour of the entire guesthouse and its surroundings. (Lingling always greeted us with a cheerful smile and excellent service, which was a big plus!) The young man, True, who showed us around, was very meticulous in explaining each guesthouse, and he was so kind and charming. Standing on the mountain top, I was truly impressed by the owner's vision. I hope for good weather on my next visit so I can experience the Land Rover again! 😍

The room and the overall vacation experience were fantastic. There were many DIY activities during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the service was seamless. Highly recommend; I'd love to stay longer next time!

We stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival, which also coincided with a birthday celebration, and our family had a wonderful experience. The environment is absolutely stunning, and they offer a fantastic array of unique activities. Even though it rained for several days, keeping us mostly indoors, we were never bored. We enjoyed making 'zongzi' (rice dumplings), bamboo weaving, pottery, crafting mugwort bouquets, and making sachets – so many different crafts! There was also horseback riding, celebrating a pony's birthday, and even 'yoga' interactions with the horses. These novel and fun experiences delighted both adults and children. A big thank you to our butler, Joan, for her attentive and proactive service, and to the super nice staff at the equestrian center who interacted and chatted with my daughter, sharing their knowledge about horses. My daughter especially loved Ty, saying he was her favorite. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the staff at the Naked Retreats cafe, had excellent service attitudes. While some dishes at the Western restaurant weren't quite to our taste, the restaurant manager handled our feedback gracefully from a customer's perspective. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the resort offered a wonderful sense of seclusion. There were also plenty of activities available, ensuring we were never bored during our stay – time flew by! We were especially happy that the hotel manager, Joan, kindly upgraded our room. The breakfast was also incredibly varied; I even noticed that the breakfast offerings were completely different on both days of our stay. This trip was a fantastic experience, thank you!

This hotel has a wonderful European vintage feel, and the natural scenery is absolutely beautiful. The environment and atmosphere are truly impeccable. I especially want to commend the lady at the front desk! Her service throughout our stay was textbook-perfect – she handled our check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explained the resort facilities, activity routes, and important details, all with a gentle and friendly tone. The staff who led our activities were also incredibly enthusiastic and patient! There was a fantastic variety of activities available. When we accidentally caused a small fire by overheating some BBQ in the microwave, a professional maintenance technician arrived promptly to help. The service was incredibly thorough and attentive!

I've wanted to visit for over ten years, and this was my first time, bringing my dog along. Right in the lobby, the hotel owner's mixed-breed dog was sprawled in the middle of the entrance, exuding a lazy, 'I'm in charge' vibe. My room was upgraded to a standalone two-bedroom unit with a terrace and living room. With two bedrooms surrounded by lush greenery, I was very pleased. The decor isn't outdated at all. I enjoyed a SPA treatment and had dinner; the crayfish was especially fresh and delicious – truly their signature dish. Xiao Yan at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; after adding her on WeChat, she kept sending me updates on hotel activities. It was also my dog's first time seeing big horses and black swans. The hotel feels like a grand estate, and I'll definitely be returning many times. I'm sure it will get even better now that Trip.com has acquired it.
