A weekend at the derby quad cinema just around the corner Hotel great lovely location all nice and clean staff always on hand to help. Huge breakfast and used the hotel restaurant even with a convention and wedding still lots of room and quite places to have a coffee. All good. But get a taxi from the station. I walked nearly killed me.

It was a lovely place, with the staff to help out and accommodating. Everyone was great the breakfast was reasonably priced and the food was fresh. 10/10

The hotel is outstsnding (Lorrsine) the lady that served me was polite snd friendly. And her service is outstsnding.

Self check in was really easy. Family rooms were a good size & comfortable. Sweet treats in the room upon arrival, were a lovely touch for the kids. Service at breakfast from the female staff, was very warm and welcoming. She also gave great attention to my allergy and I felt the signage at breakfast relating to allergies was very good. Great to see premier inn taking it seriously.

Our daughter with additional needs loves to stay in Premier Inns and for her 11th birthday she requested dinner and the best breakfast ever! Pat, Abbey and Adam didn’t disappoint and pulled out all the stops to make Isla’s birthday so special with a beautiful table and a chocolate message! Absolutely lovely hospitality and voted 1000 stars by our girls! Thank you so much! And all the best for your 3 peak challenge Pat!

10/10 stars Where do I start wish I could move in. Brilliant experience. Best premier inn I've visited. First time adding a meal deal. Give a holiday experience. Food is brilliant good choice cooked to perfection. Credits to the kitchen Hobby staff amazing even with little staff and always busy working from area to area, accommodates every need polite smiley friendly they make you feel like your home or some holiday experience. Room spotless!!! As was here two night cleaners accommodated a clean bath Matt as asked lovely lady as I bothered her while cleaning another room. I can honestly say is perfection was real I'd this what I've had. Credit to all staff what a lovely establishment!!!
