Brilliant value for money, friendly staff and reasonable food. However the bar shuts at 8.30 which is the most ridiculous thing about this place and the nearest pub is a £8 Uber ride away! We were told that the bar shuts early so that the staff can finish early as it’s quiet at the moment! Not the service that we have grown to expect but kind of makes sense. We won’t be booking this hotel again for our workforce.

From the start of our stay we were impressed with the kindness of the staff here. Emma had a smile on her face that lights up the room! She is so bubbly and a credit to this hotel. Helped carry our luggage to the room as with 2 children juggling everything is always a struggle. The colouring sheets was a hit with the children keeping them entertained! Overall a great stay.

They called 2 times leading up to the stay in the week to check everything i meeded was done amd wuestions. Waited a bit as no one was on reception but honestly food was great. Room lovely for what we needed etc

This is a well placed and quiet hotel with free parking and an adjoining Table Table restaurant which is handy for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a great quality bed for a good night's sleep. There are also complimentary toiletries and tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is 24 hour and the check-in staff are friendly and efficient. Overall this hotel is exceptional value for money.

Nice place to stay ,food is nice ,clean and accommodating.helpful and comfy bed ,relaxing surroundings would definitely stay again ,me and my son enjoyed our stay .staff was lovely as well as it was mother's day .

I stay for long time here. Emma is very good my daughter like this Emma and house cleaner Emma so much she cry when they go home. All people very nice here and help me. They bring clothes and toys for my daughter and clean in my room. They very nice to my family.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade and looking tired. Paint flaking off of the ceiling and the bath definitely needed attention. The restaurant knew we had a booking for 7am as we needed to be on the road for 7.45 and the chef only started at 7.30 😡

Sat shri akal ji last week one night stay in hotel derby Emma singh is great she is gorgeous and i don’t have words where is punjabi everything is possible singh is king even i’m enjoying outside nearly shops store evrything view very nice

Excellent stay as always . We stay here often as we have family nearby and it’s walking distance. I can’t write this review without mentioning our favourite member of staff Emma - she is just the most amazing person and is always bubbly and helpful and makes a note of our favourite room and makes sure we are allocated this every time we stay - it’s amazing she always knows when we are staying even though we book online. Breakfast is great and it’s a great premier inn one of the best we have stayed in. Thank you 🙏🏽
