Residence Inn des Moines Downtown

We met our friends here for the weekend. Hotel was clean with nice amenities! It was in a great location for walking around downtown. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area! We’ll definitely be back!

I would say the hotel is nice and everything but the customer service is not the best. We had an issue with no hot water my eight year-old showered and only had hot water for a minute. Had to finish with an ice cold shower which she cried the whole time about.. and we were promised compensation after had to move our family of 5 at 10pm at night which isn't ideal with 3 kids.. We didn't receive and have yet to hear from the GM after emailing him directly. I think this is poor customer service on their end and for that I give it a low rating. When you go somewhere and something like this happens, I think it's fair to feel that there should be action taken right away. It shouldn't take over a week to have someone follow up with you.

Absolutely wonderful, staff was helpful. The room was AMAZING pool was perfect Pet friendly Breakfast was tasty 10/10 will come and stay again!

The staff that checked us in was rude. But over all the room was great, Location was great, breakfast staff was great, the gentleman that checked us out was great. I would stay again.

It was storming so we didn’t go outside but looked like it would have been a great vibe. Beautiful King Suite , Beautiful Hotel

The rooms were very nice and it was great to have a hot breakfast every morning.

The room was spotless and the staff at check in were some of the friendliest we have met! We would give it 10 stars if we could!

Everything was grear from room, front desk to kitchen staff. I would recommend .
