with little disappointment about the restaurant dining place, it’s hot， stuffy and muggy during the breakfast hour. Food few prep and long queue due to peak season.
The aircond in my room is not working well especially during this hot summer days.
During night time, the bar menu is very limited with little choices for liquor and beers, the sitting area fronting the live band from lobby is limited and stuffy. Open spaces in front the stage is halal, do not serve non halal beverages. I think it’s not a 4 star INTERNATIONAL hotel, it’s meant for international Muslim tourists to be true.
Will not visit again given the 4 star room rate, not worth for monies.

great view and ambiance. we stayed for couple of days and were surprised about the unexpected upgrade as we are celebrating birthdays.
Check in was smooth and fast.
Concierge was very helpful to all of our questions. ( you can use the bicycle at the concierge)
Gmt+8 service staff didn't meet expectations. need to approach them couple of times for menu and etc. (went there diff time of the day)
Sessions breakfast were superb. highlight Salad section. fresh salad, snip and sauce.
the butterfly restaurant at the pool bar didn't meet service expectations.
Entertainment every night was soothing and creates a great vibe and atmosphere

Hotel provide buggy service to Westin which has direct access to beach. Enjoyed the live band music and atmosphere. Ordered tacos at The Elephant and Butterfly, which taste pretty good. Sandwich at the Coffee Grind was good too. Slightly disappointed with the food quality of breakfast at Sessions. Even though the spread is good but taste wise is not up to par especially omelette :(

Good experience with family and friends
Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. good parking space.

2nd time here love the place and food around here, just it a bit far to travel from johor ICQ IT TOOK ALMOST 2HR TO REACH and the grab driver not willing to send us there, hope there the driver can do better

Overall, our stay at the Hard Rock Cafe Desaru was good, highlighted by excellent customer service that was both fast and efficient, a very clean environment, and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, although the quality of the food did not meet our expectations and it was served cold

Room was spacious and not bad but the walk from hotel lobby to the room was quite a distance. Only convenient side is to go to water theme park.. Overall a nice stay!

The staffs in the hotel are friendly. However, the cleanness of the room needs to be improved. There are hairs and a lot of dust on the room floor.
