Overall very good. Nice big room. Cleaned every day. Service good. I have stayed 4 nights but bed sheet never changed!! They don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush!!! But I still have enjoyed it.

The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.

Great restaurant on site. Nice rooms. Shame they didn’t offer a late check out.

Love the welcome cookies! Overall a good experience

We very much enjoy staying at Double Tree regularly. We love having a pre dinner drink in the bar and both restaurants, which provide different food experiences, are great. The pool is wonderful when the weather is hot and the staff are always friendly.

best accommodation in town

Large and clean King room overlooking the golf course and hills. Excellent range of restaurants and large pool area. Helpful reception. About 20 minutes walk to Alice Springs centre. Definitely stay again.

Hi, it was good but when you pay money for good accommodation you would think that stains on bed sheets would not be there & an old ratty towel. We stayed in the disability room which I think should be renovated.

The hotel is located next to Alice Springs Airport. It is clean and tidy. The front desk service is friendly. There is a swimming pool, gym, restaurant and the hotel also has a shuttle bus to take guests to the airport for free.
